In this role, you will handle a wide range of IT support tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing software and hardware support, and assisting users with their daily technology needs. You will work with various tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365, to efficiently manage and resolve incidents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to users across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new software and hardware.
Document and track incidents using ServiceNow and Zendesk.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of various software applications.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide the best possible support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Proficient in using ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
