As a Customs Clearance Specialist at Victor Indonesia, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of customs clearance, from documentation and compliance to risk management and resolution of discrepancies. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, including importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, to ensure smooth and compliant operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customs clearance documentation for import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shippers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of customs documentation.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and fees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate customs-related risks and liabilities.
• Resolve customs-related discrepancies and issues, working closely with customs authorities and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customs clearance activities and processes.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve customs clearance processes.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on customs clearance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with a strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and visa, if required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
