📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial reporting and documentation.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to maintain financial integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
