📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's ERP system (SAP Business One) to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and security systems.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions that drive business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are cutting-edge.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in ERP systems (SAP Business One).
• Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISM, are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex IT problems.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
