📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the golf hard goods section, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
• Optimize inventory levels and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
