🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poverty alleviation, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SPSS and STATA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in poverty alleviation or related fields is a plus.
