📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the motorcycle industry.
Evaluate dealer performance using key metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and drive revenue growth.
Optimize the Daya Auto app to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts with market insights.
Create and present data-driven reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions on sales performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or a similar role in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong understanding of market analysis techniques and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the motorcycle industry and the Daya Auto app would be a plus.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
