📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local customs laws.
• Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on trade and customs procedures.
• Monitor and report on trade performance and compliance metrics.
• Handle complex trade procedures for high-value shipments.
• Collaborate with international partners to resolve trade-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade and customs administration.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
