📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and monitor operational processes using tools like Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management software.
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and dashboards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or service industry is a bonus.
