📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and recruit high-quality housekeeping personnel for luxury resorts, hotels, and villas across Bali.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
