📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production facilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Certification in OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HSE software such as SAP or QHSE.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
