📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM software, and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
