📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and improving logistics processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
