JUNCTION Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Maintain and update fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
