📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution routes and reduce delivery times.,Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and carriers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide training and support to distribution team members as needed.,Prepare and analyze reports on distribution performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes, logistics, and supply chain management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
