📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.,Conducting routine and emergency obstetric care, including prenatal and postnatal check-ups.,Performing various midwifery procedures, such as vacuum extraction, episiotomy, and breastfeeding support.,Educating patients and their families about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Participating in continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in midwifery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bidan in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized midwifery board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and guidelines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
