PT Property Restu is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cipayung. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Managing staff, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.,Ensuring that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Promoting the restaurant and its offerings to customers.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensuring that the restaurant is profitable and meets financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
