PT Visi Sinergi is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and ensure they are followed.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on vehicle status, usage, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
