📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
