📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and services.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and logistics industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
