📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to align with organizational goals.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in leading a team or managing multiple recruitment projects.
