📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Source and screen potential candidates, evaluating their qualifications and fit for the role.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote our company as an attractive place to work.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
