📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to educate and inform healthcare providers about our products.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote our products.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and regulatory requirements.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
