CV Maha Nusa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Staff to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or cash handling, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including opening and closing shifts.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Monitor cash and inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.,Train and supervise junior cashier staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or retail operations.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with accounting software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a team and lead others.
