In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure the clinic's financial goals are met.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.,Work closely with the clinic's management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash management.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is a plus.
