Data Moon Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Gorontalo. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 9.000.000 to Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management and board of directors.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and salaries.,Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and ensure its implementation.,Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution or a related organization.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
