📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of export and import operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and develop and implement the most efficient logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Manage documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documents.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and procedures for export-import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with logistics management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
