📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to implement and administer company policies and procedures related to HR.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
