📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Monitor departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers.,Participate in continuous professional development and training for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and practices.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, both written and spoken.
