📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Conduct regular outlet inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the Outlet Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
