📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring proper product presentation.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and responsibly.,Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online, to increase sales and customer engagement.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
