📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.,Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.,Train and supervise site workers, ensuring they understand and follow safety protocols and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project supervision.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
