In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications from conception to deployment,Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,Proven experience as a Mobile Developer, preferably in iOS or Android development,Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native,Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and leadership abilities,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
