📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the reliability, scalability, and performance of our digital infrastructure.
• Implement and enforce best practices in system reliability and performance.
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to system incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in site reliability engineering.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving system issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
