📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.,Monitor network performance and ensure network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Document IT processes and maintain IT documentation.,Work with other departments to identify and resolve IT issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
