📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's physical layout.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and support junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
