📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
