📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and optimization of BINUS Online’s data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Drive the strategic direction of BINUS's data analytics initiatives, leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge IT solutions, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT vendors, educational partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in BINUS's online learning platform.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support BINUS's business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive BINUS's digital transformation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the data analytics and IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in data analytics and IT, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, IT project management, and stakeholder relations.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server.
• Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
