Seed Space Sentosa is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training delivery.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure effectiveness and impact.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer, including scheduling, coordination, and logistics.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Officer in the management and administration of the training department.,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and financial plans.,Provide support to the Training Officer in the management of training records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
