📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of business processes,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Handle operational budgeting and cost control,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
